Twitterで自分or他人の過去記事をまとめて簡単に読む方法

Twitter API *1はブラウザでも使える。

http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline.rss?id=だれそれ&count=200

とか。countの最大値は200で、それ以前はpageを指定する。過去201-400件なら、

http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline.rss?id=だれそれ&count=200&page=2

なお、APIは60分間で100回までしか使えない。同一IPからかな？
